Jeff White Blank #50 (Patch Drop Point Handle)

This stout little blade blank comes from the shop of Mr. Jeff White, whose steelwork is much appreciated for its honest strength. Forged of high-carbon steel (ANSI 1095) and tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 59 (HRC 58–60), it hath been sharpened to a very fine edge indeed, ready for service once a proper handle is set to it.

This particular blank: 

• Bears a full tang with a flat-ground, durable blade edge
• Measures 5⅛ inches in overall length
• Holds a blade 2½ inches long Is 3/32" thick (0.094")
• Is ⅞ inch in width Our hand-made Leather Sheath “H” is fashioned to fit this blade closely and well.
