Collection: Jeff White Knives

All our knives are from the shop of Jeff White. These are all hand-made so there will be slight variations in each knife. Including the wood grain of the handles.    Curly Maple is our standard wood, but we also can get Oak and Cherry. It just may take some time to get them made from. All knives will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

• Each Knife and Blank has a High carbon steel blade (ANSI 1095)
• Hardened to Rockwell 59 (HRC 58-60).
• Each knife has a full tang with a flat ground durable blade edge.
• Has been sharpened to a very fine edge.
• The end of the handle is figured for a French or English Knife
• The handles are all hand finished and secured with two brass pins.
