This small baker’s knife blank comes from the shop of Mr. Jeff White, whose steel is well trusted for its honest strength and long service. Forged of high-carbon steel (ANSI 1095) and tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 59 (HRC 58–60), the blade hath been sharpened to a very fine edge indeed.

This knife blank:

• Bears a full tang with a flat-ground, durable blade edge
• Measures 10⅜ inches in overall length
• Holds a blade 5½ inches long
• Is 1/8" thick (0.125")
• Is 1¼ inches in width
• Our hand-made Leather Sheath “5” is cut to fit this blade with care and accuracy.
