Jeff White Blank #43 (French Trade Grip)

This knife blank comes from Jeff White’s shop, made of good high-carbon 1095 steel and tempered to a reliable hardness (around Rockwell 59). The edge has been brought up nicely and is ready for use once the handle is fitted.

About This Blank:

• Full tang, with a flat-ground working edge 
• Handle end shaped after the French pattern 
• Total length about 9½" 
• Blade length 5" 
• Thickness close to ⅛" (0.125") 
• Width about 1½" 

Our leather sheath marked “K” fits this blade well.
