- 18th century to early 19th century Hand Knitted items from Hand Spun Yarn to keep your hands warm. They are shaped to fit your wrist with no ribbing and have a knit-in gore at the thumb. Perfect for use today as well, at the computer, around the house or anywhere you want to keep your hands and fingers warm but need to be able to use your fingers.
- Hats
- 18th century to early 19th century Hand Knitted hats from Hand Spun Yarn to keep your head warm. There are several different styles to choose from. Each one is developed from a Historical pattern. Each style has several sizes to choose from. Perfect for use for Reenactments as well as for every day.
- Stockings
- Stockings Hand Knitted from Historical Period Patterns for the late 17th century, 18th Century and early 19th Century. Custom knit socks are formed to your leg and are knit from Hand Spun Yarn that has been shrunk before knitting. Stockings are machine washable but not machine dryable.
- Shawls & Tippets
- 18th Century and 19th Century period outer wear. Hand Spun Yarn is used on all items. Shawls and Tippets are Hand Knit. Over Shirts are Hand Woven with Hand Spun Yarn.
- Scarves
- These scarves are great to keep you warm!! They are approximately 6 inches wide and you can order them by the foot. They are knit using a basket-weave design or call for other pattern suggestions and availability. This is usually a custom order so call for orders.
- Extra Warm Wear
- Hand Knit items made from Heavy weight Hand Spun Yarn. Perfect way to keep your hands, feet and had warm and still have a Historically Accurate item to wear. Wonderful for outdoor activities!
- Blankets & Coverlets
- Hand Spun Yarn is used in these Hand Wove Blankets and Coverlets. Blankets are woven from all Hand Spun sheep wool. Usually a Twill pattern with stripes or plaid design. Historical Patterns are used to weave my Coverlets. Hand Spun Yarn and cotton thread are used to create each reproduction.
- Fabric
- Linsey Woolsey fabric that is Hand Wove from linen threads and very fine Hand Spun Yarn. 18th Century period fabric is perfect for those true reenactor’s costumes. Material comes in a variety of stripes and colors. Call for availability of selections. Can weave custom orders.
- Yarn / Wool
- Hand spun preshrunk yarn. Light weight to chunky. All natural colors. Solid and mixt. Contact for desired weight, type, and color.
