These knives are from the shop of Jeff White. Mike and Jeff became good friends years ago and Mike really liked Jeff’s knives. Mike now has one of the largest selections of Jeff White Knives for sale. Mikes selection includes several different woods.
- Each Knife and Blank has a High carbon steel blade (ANSI 1095)
- Hardened to Rockwell 59 (HRC 58-60).
- Has been sharpened to a very fine edge.
